obi2 239
Would anything change regarding the hunting with dogs law if Scotland became independent? If it did happen and the ban was lifted in the rest of the uk would Scotland be excluded? What's your thoughts?
gonetoearth 5,144
THINK YOU WILL HAVE MORE TO WORRY ABOUT THAN HUNTING
obi2 239
I'm not worrying myself with all that side if it. Just wondering what would happen the hunting side of it if it was a different country.
Malt 379
Given that the government up there totally banned tail docking and (as far as I know) are still talking about a total ban on air rifles, I can't see them being very accommodating to hunting. Other than with the deer stalking and grouse shooting which injects vital money into the Scottish economy..

blan89 159
they could keep it illegal if they wanted,it would be a lot harder to enforce with no money and a more limited government. so would lots of other pointless laws.
